What: Pret a Manger communications blockade

When: Thur 29th November, 2:00 - 4:00pm

In an effort to show solidarity to Andrej and PAMSU, we are requesting that supporters:

Call, email, and text Pret on the 29th November between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00pm demanding that Andrej be reinstated and that Pret stop victimising all union members.

Ops Manager Magda:  07557 742 317,

Ops Manager Thomas:  07557 160 694,

Press Office: 020 7802 2626,

St. Pancras Pret (ask for the manager): 020 7932 5225,

York Way Pret (ask for the manager): 020 7932 5452,

CEO: 020 7827 8000

Please note that we are requesting that, if possible, folks make the effort to call.  Emails and texts are easy to send, but they're easy to ignore too.  Phone calls are much more effective at disrupting business as usual.

Hi, I'm calling/emailing in support of Andrej, a union activist who's been victimised for standing up on the job.  I'm demanding he get his job back and that Pret stop victimising all union activists.  Until this happens, I won't be shopping at Pret and I'll be spreading word of this campaign to everyone I know.

I'm also concerned that I've heard of complaints of food safety violations in the York Way store.  I hope this isn't true.

But feel free to be creative.  Get a voicemail?  Perhaps play Solidarity Forever a few times over or read out the first chapter of Das Kapital.  In any case, call back and call often.  And have fun.
